Autumnal Equinox 2025
Max Richter: Vivaldi's 4 seasons recomposed
For this grand opening concert of the Sylva Camerata Chamber Orchestra, you will hear the masterpiece of minimalist composer Max Richter, a true darling of music lovers, in a rewriting of Vivaldi's superb Four Seasons . In addition to the 25 musicians on stage, you will be accompanied by a poet who will put the music in context and present a work inspired by the seasons. Artistic photographs by Éliane Excoffier will be projected during the show. Before the concert, come and enjoy a glass of wine and a sausage made by our local craftsmen.

In preparation for the holiday season, we warm up the room with the rhythmic and intoxicating music of Mendelssohn, set in motion with a performance of Breakdance. Surrounded by an art exhibition, you will be welcomed by our master of ceremonies and warm up by tasting local kimchis and drinking local mulled wine.

Peter and the Wolf and the Carnival of the Animals
Sylva Camerata invites all children from 1 to 101 years old to attend two stories in music: Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf and Saint-Saëns' Carnival of the Animals. For the occasion, we welcome 2 graduating scholarship holders from the Conservatoire de musique du Québec.
Come and enjoy the circus and magic entertainment before the concert, and a relaxed atmosphere that welcomes all music lovers, young and old.
A well-known actor from the region will guide you through these two friendly tales and there will be local Easter drinks and chocolates for everyone!
